a few month before
ETC is the first major tourist board
to use a "visit" prefixed geo domain,
thus contributing
to a global phenomenon.

The domain was registered directly
and did not need
to be aquired at a later time.

Hans Jakob Kruse (1929 - 2014)
from Hamburg
beleived "Visit" would be
a more dynamic internet adress.

Kruses vision of the tourism industrie
came from a world of shipcarriers
and charter flights.
